Sticky Ricky’s brings the authentic flavors of Southern Louisiana north of the border … with authentic ingredients, made-to-order food, and a fun-loving attitude that is distinctly their own! This family-run business is owned and operated by Rick Stitt, an award-winning, Red Seal Certified chef, who escaped the confines of a traditional kitchen and now brings his passion for Cajun food to local foodies, and his daughter, Victoria, who is both the beauty and the brains behind the day-to-day operations. Together these two have established a kitchen on wheels that will undoubtedly change the way you think about food “on-the-go” and have you considering a road trip to the Deep South!
Whether you are a “newbie” to Cajun cuisine or were born and raised in New Orleans you can expect true-to-tradition tastes and textures from Sticky Ricky’s, inspired by French, Spanish, African, Mexican and Native American cultures. Served in a biodegradable container from a 26-foot truck, the food is ALWAYS made-to-order and the menu includes culinary delights from the bayou made famous by Chefs Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse including: their famous Catfish Po'boy on freshly baked rolls from a local baker, Gumbo with a subtle "kick", savory Shrimp and Grits … and more!
